KPIsCapturing & analysis of KPIs. StatisticsStatistical analysis of Indicators, KPIs & any other required data. Incident Reports • Incident report are being collected and being compile on daily basis • Documentation of incident report • Consolidation of data is being done at end of the month • Graph on incident report is done on monthly basis Committees • Inform all committee members regarding the meetings. • Updating all the committee members regarding the meeting over phone • Attend the meeting & note down the minutes if required Internal Audits • Assist to conduct various internal audit in various departments including a. Open medical records b. Consents c. Kitchen d. Infection control practice e. Facility • Assist to prepare report on these Accreditation programs Act as a team player in accreditation program like JCI/NABH and ISO certification. Training Assist to co-ordinate and facilitate training on quality aspect
